Hotel Check-in

Check-in (if you didn’t request an earlier check-in day), explore the space, or swing by the villa. The Bride and Groom reserved the villa for all wedding guests to enjoy from Thurs through Sun. The Villa will also be a staging area used by the bride and others to get ready for the wedding! Complimentary breakfast is offered every morning in the hotel's restaurant, Ser Esencia.

Welcome Pool Party

Join us for our Welcome Pool Party! What better way to kick off our wedding weekend and welcome you to Mexico, other than poolside? We will have an open bar with heavy appetizers. Mocktails will also be available if preferred. Our wedding photographer will be attending to take some fun action shots of us at the pool! Bring your favorite floppy/hat, fedora, sunglasses, and/or cover up. Feel free to wear white! Everything is a go! Of course, if you are not comfortable with photos at the pool, please feel free to let our photographer know.
Rehearsal Dinner

Beach Casual
We will be having a rehearsal dinner at UMOs -a restaurant on the beach approximately a 6 min walk down from our hotel. There isn't an actual rehearsal of the ceremony until the next day with family participating in the processional. Everyone is welcome! The restaurant will provide us with a family style dinner with appetizers and a main course. We have flagged dietary allergies for those that we are aware of. There will be a delicious cocktail/mocktail list and we have included two drinks per person! We hope you enjoy :) Directions: Take a left from the hotel. Take a right at first street called Lazaro Cardenas (Landmark: LUUMAS Restaurant) Restaurant will be on your right closest to the beach

Wedding Ceremony
4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

The ceremony will be on the beach. Seat are reserved with name tags and paper fans hanging from each chair. Arrive at 4:15 to enjoy a glass of champagne or sparkling/still water before the ceremony begins at promptly 4:30 pm. Glasses will be cleared right before we begin. We ask that no photos or videos are taken during the ceremony. We will have a videographer and photographer covering that for everyone. I have also designated one iPhone videographer (Phoebe) to help me capture moments as discreetly as possible. There will be cones of petals on the seats closest to the aisle. We ask that guests toss the petals in the air as the bride and groom take their SECOND kiss. <3
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

After the ceremony, please walk over to the venue's Mojito Beach Club (on the beach next to the ceremony) for cocktail hour. The bride and groom will join you for 10 minutes for a drink. The videographer will capture the first 10 mins of cocktail hour. The bride and groom will have the photographer stage all wedding guests for one group photo. We will also take some photos with friends, and then they will depart for the remainder of cocktail hour for a few photos on the beach.

If you do not have to run off to catch a flight, we hope you will join us for brunch the next morning at the Mojito Beach Club! This will be different than the complimentary breakfast that comes with the room every morning during your stay.
