Grace and Courtney met at 6 years old on a Dunwoody Baptist rec soccer team. The two shared many more years of soccer after that and still play together to this day. Grace is Courtney's first phone call to blab about their beloved Bravo Reality TV Shows/Podcasts or to celebrate life's milestones. Grace is the funniest, most loyal friend and will be Courtney's tried & true until the end!

Andy is lucky that Whit decided to stick around after the kindergarten days, when Andy was so shy that Whit remembers him refusing to even speak to the teacher when called upon. Over two decades and countless adventures later, Whit remains Andy's best friend and a never-ending source of inspiration, humor, creativity, and support.
Anna Nelson

Anna and Courtney first trauma bonded on the St. Pius X High School basketball team. The pair never let distance keep them apart as they would travel between Milledgeville and Athens Georgia in college and now NYC and Atlanta. Anna is a one of a kind special person and treasured best friend to Courtney.
Alex Borovsky

Before meeting his soulmate Courtney in 2020, Andy first met his friend-soulmate Alex in a UGA Honors Seminar in 2013. Alex and Andy discovered an immediate overlap in personality and values and soon became inseparable at UGA, sharing a room for the remainder of their time there. Today, albeit now neighbors rather than roommates, Alex and Andy remain as close and as in-sync as ever.
Katie Irwin

Katie is Andy's one and only sister, who coincidentally enough grew up playing soccer at the same club as Courtney. Katie is witty, adventurous, and the most fun to be around. Courtney can't wait to finally have a sister, and such a fabulous one at that!
Ben Tuttle
Officiant/Groomsman
Ben is Courtney's younger twin brother (by mere minutes, but Courtney will never let him forget it). A love for Lord of the Rings (LOTR) bonded Andy and Ben almost immediately; Andy continues to be impressed by not only Ben's LOTR knowledge, but his basketball prowess, adventurous spirit, intelligence, and kindness as well. Andy is lucky to have Ben as a future brother-in-law and friend for life.
Nicki Overeem

Nicki and Courtney became instant best friends at age 9 through Norcoss Soccer. Although attending different schools, these two stayed active in each other's lives by attending camps together, having Christmas parties, or creating their own Taylor Swift music videos. Nicki is one of Courtney's greatest encouragers and has been a ray of sunshine in her life for almost 20 years.
Cole Owens

Cousins by blood but brothers at heart, Cole has been a mainstay across Andy's life. Countless hours have been amassed climbing trees, gaming, and laughing together. Having stood beside Cole at his wedding in 2020, Andy is ecstatic for this full-circle moment to come!

Anna and Courtney attended preschool together and both grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia. They reconnected in 2018 by becoming roommates in their first post college "adult" home. Anna is a bright light wherever she goes and is as genuine as they come. Courtney knows she will be slowing down Anna on hikes for the long haul!

Also forsaking his undergraduate pride (FSU) for the traitorous University of Florida, Derrick quickly became Andy's rock during graduate school. Derrick is as kind, resilient, and humble as they come. Many laughs and haunted adventures later, very little has changed between these two lifelong friends.
Annie Boydston

Courtney first met Annie as nurse externs in the PICU at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta after their junior year of college. They made it through being baby nurses, night shift, and COVID together. Annie is effortlessly cool, while also being one of the most down to earth and hilarious people Courtney knows. These two could write a book with all their work/life memories and will be laughing about them for many years to come.

Mitch never ceases to amaze Andy with his talent and wit. Mitch and Andy met freshman year of college and have developed an ever-growing bond since. As long as there is a Pandora in need of saving, there will be a Mitch to carry the Borderlands team.
Lauren Evelyn

Lauren and Courtney's journey together started in their high school Marine Biology class. Their bond grew even more when they both attended Georgia College and became roommates their last two years. Lauren is a creative fashionista and has the unique ability to make life fun in the exciting moments or while doing absolutely nothing at all. Courtney has spent some of her best times growing up with Lauren over the years, and can’t wait for all the memories yet to come.

From the very first day of UGA orientation, the brilliant Will has improved Andy's life in countless ways. Will has a talent for bringing people together like no other; he can be depended upon and confided in no matter the occasion or circumstance. There is no one Andy would rather sport, game, or attend obscure concerts with.

Caitlyn and Courtney first became friends in college at GCSU running around the streets of Milledgeville and frequenting Blackbird Coffee. Caitlyn is spunky, hysterical, and an overall joy whenever you get to spend time with her. The two can still be found giggling around local Atlanta coffee shops together.

You will never encounter a more selfless, encouraging, or fun-loving friend than Hamilton Way. A movie extraordinaire, a Broadway aficionado, a Super Smash Bros maestro - there is no interest or talent that this man cannot conquer. Hammy quickly became a close friend in the UGA Myers dormitory and will remain a brother until the end of time.
