What transportation options will be available to guests?

Answer

Townsend, although beautiful, is very much a small town, so there are no rideshare options (Lyft/Uber) available here. Guests will be able to call a taxi service in advance if necessary. A shuttle will be present to bring guests from the parking lot at the bottom of the property to the venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Cars can be left overnight in the parking lot if needed. Of note, guests will be able to take an Uber from the Knoxville airport into Townsend but will not be able to get an Uber out of Townsend on their departure date.

What is the Wedding Guest Attire?

Answer

We are asking guests come in Cocktail attire. This dress code is on the middle of the scale between casual and formal. Ideas of what to wear include: Ensemble: Dress shirt, Dress Pants Shoes: Dress shoes Accessories: Tie and Dinner Jacket optional Ensemble: Cocktail dress (typically knee-length), midi dress, dressy jumpsuit, or a floor length dress if you are feeling up to it!

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on our invitations. When you RSVP you should be able to respond for all members of your party. Please reach out to Courtney or Andy for any questions, or if this would hinder you from attending!
