Shuttle

Shuttle provided by us from the Adolphus to church to reception - Please RSVP if you plan to use!

August 7, 2021 4:45 pm - 7:30 pm

A shuttle(s) will leave from the Adolphus for the ceremony at 4:45pm for those of you who would like to leave your cars. Then immediately following the ceremony, shuttles will run to the reception at the Tower Club. The Tower club is a 400m (sorry I am still a track girl at heart) to the Adolphus so after the festivities, please consult the map (above) to walk home.

Parking Sitch @ Church

If you are not going to take the transportation provided, here is what you need to do. Parking @ church: Put in St. Matthew's Cathedral into Waze/Google Maps (5100 Ross Avenue, Dallas, TX 75206). It is not in the best area. Heading NE on Ross you will pass (on the right) a Popeyes and then a TitleMax before the turn off for the church. You can either: -Turn Right on Garrett St and turn Left into the church round entryway. Follow that around pass the front of the church and use the cut through to get to the parking lot. OR -Pass the church. That open parking lot at the light is where you are going! Turn Right on Henderson. There will be a Fiesta on your left, there is a turn in for the parking lot on the Right (it's further than you think) in front of the playground. Follow the road to the diagonal spots. Park there. It is free and I have never had any problem there. Do NOT leave your car there overnight and parking is free.

Parking Sitch @ Reception

For Tower Club/Santander Tower (1601 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75201). These will put you on the correct side for access to parking. [If you are Ubering USE THIS address: 1660 Pacific Ave] Once you're on Elm, pass Chase building and 711. Be in the Right lane! Cross Ervay St, the building you are looking for is very close and the turn off is VERY easy to miss. The building has ‘wework’ on the furthest corner. The back of the giant eyeball statue is on the left. Turn Right immediately at the end of that building (before Stone Place Crosswalk sign), there will be a ramp down. That is the correct place! Take a ticket and go allllll the way down to B4 level. Parking spots are small and turns are tight. Park wherever. Be sure to BRING YOUR PARKING TICKET with you to the reception as they will validate your parking. Take the elevator to 1. In that same elevator bank, go to the little computer stand. Press floor 48. Then it will tell you what elevator to get on.

If you missed the ramp the 1st time...

If you missed the ramp at the Tower Club the first time (and you’re not alone trust me), go to N Field St and turn Right. You will cross over the DART tracks (that’s what Dallas calls it metro). Turn Right (more of a veer but still) on Federal St. Turn R on N Akard St. Turn Left on Pacific Ave. Pass the Hilton Garden Inn. Turn Right on N Ervay St. Turn Right on Elm and be ready to try it again 😊

OLD INFO: Deluxe King is $179/night Executive Suite (think of this like a mini suite) $229/night The resort fee will be waived upon check out. Parking is $36/night. This is the official hotel of the wedding party and family. So in other words - this is where the party's at!!!

Flight

Dallas Love Field (DAL)

By far the easiest airport in and out of Dallas if your flight goes there. Its about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas.

Dallas Ft. Worth Airport (DFW)

This is the main airport for the DFW area (think much bigger like IAH). Be aware you do have to pay to drive into the DFW airport area just to pick someone up; this throws people off the first time they go there. It's about 30 minutes from downtown.

We will not be doing a hotel block here. Please look into hotel prices on a refundable rate and feel free to book separately. I personally recommend Hotels.com. Please note that this hotel is on the other side of the venue from the other hotels but literally next door to the reception venue.
