ARE KIDS INVITED?

While we love your kids, we have chosen to have a kid-free evening. The only children that will be in attendance will be the ones in the wedding party.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We expect it to be warm, so please dress accordingly. Recommended attire includes cocktail dresses, sundresses, suit and tie or a sports coat. Please note, the ceremony will be on grass, choose your shoes wisely.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY BEGIN?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before then.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM OTHER AREA HOTELS?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a shuttle to other area hotels. Please note: Uber and Lyft are hard to come by in this area. If you are not staying at The Pines Resort, we recommend you drive (and drink responsibly) to the venue, as there is ample parking, or pre-arrange a taxi service.

ARE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE?

There are lots of options for hotels and vacation rentals in this area. We have arranged for a room block at The Pines Resort where the wedding is taking place. Check out the "Travel" tab for more information on accommodations.

Is there good cell service at the wedding venue?

Answer

No, there is very limited cell service at The Pines Resort so please plan accordingly. WhatsApp is a good option if you are connected to the resort WiFi. We also recommend downloading offline maps as GPS can be unreliable.
