Hotel Information
There are several hotels near our shuttle pick-up locations at a variety of price points, many of which offer discounted rates for our wedding guests. We’ve included a link so you can easily explore the available options. Some hotels in the area also provide complimentary shuttles around town. If you plan to use the wedding shuttles to and from the venue, we recommend booking a hotel either “on the mountain” or downtown, as our shuttles will be picking up guests in those areas. If you prefer to drive, there are several parking garages near the Gondola Transit Center, with both free and paid options available as well a parking lot at WellsFargo. Mountain-side hotels (within walking distance of the Gondola Transit Center): The Sheraton Hotel The Grand Hotel The Gravity Haus Downtown hotels: Hotel Bristol Rabbit Ears Motel The Nordic Lodge Western Lodge Important: Please DO NOT book hotels in Craig, Yampa, or Oak Creek, as these towns are not in or near Steamboat Springs.

Flight
Yampa Valley Regional Airport
If you plan to fly into Steamboat, the nearest airport is located in Hayden, Colorado, about 30 minutes away. Because Ubers and taxis are not consistently available, we recommend renting a car from one of the airport’s rental companies located in the Airport (Budget, Avis, or Enterprise)
Flight
Denver International Airport
DIA is about a 3-hour drive from Steamboat. While shared shuttles are available from Denver, we recommend renting a car so you have the flexibility to explore Steamboat during your stay.
Travel Note
Uber & Lyft
Once the shuttles have finished running, guests may use Uber or Lyft to get back to their accommodation if needed. Please note that rideshare availability can be limited in Steamboat, especially later in the evening. Shuttle pickup locations will serve as centralized drop-off and pick-up points. We encourage everyone to plan ahead and reserve rides early.

Steamboat Transit FREE Public Bus
Steamboat Springs offers free local bus service via Steamboat Springs Transit (SST), making it easy to get around town during your visit. Buses run on multiple routes throughout the day, with schedules that vary by season. Guests can use the buses to explore downtown, local shops, and restaurants, or as a convenient way to reach centralized shuttle pickup points for our wedding events. For route maps, schedules, and real-time information, please visit the link. The Steamboat Transit will also do pickups and drop offs at the Gondola Transit and downtown according to their summer schedules.
