Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than April 1, 2026 in order for us to inform our vendors of your presence. However, we are more than happy and appreciate RSVP's received before this timeline. We are not able to accept any late RSVP's, any RSVP's unanswered by April 1, 2026 will be marked as "Not Attending."

Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to our venue's capacity, those that are explicitly listed on the invite are those that are invited. Should you have any further questions, or seek clarification, please contact the Bride & Groom

Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

We ask that all of our guests are seated at 4:15 p.m. Entrance to the venue from the main road will be blocked off starting at 4:30 p.m. due to wildlife entering the venue. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate anyone that arrives after this time, and you should return back to the venue at 5:15 p.m. for the reception. However, we do encourage you to arrive early, the venue will open for seating at 3:45 p.m.

Question

Children's Attire

Answer

Dress code applies to all ages. Please ensure that if your children are in attendance that they are following the dress code. This entails a tux for men and floor length gowns for women.

Question

Wedding Attire

Answer

The Wedding Attire is strictly Black Tie. This entails, at minimum, black suit and tie for men and floor length gowns for women. Please note the bridesmaids will be wearing black, and you may want to refrain from this color as not to clash with the Wedding Party. Anyone not adhering to dress code will be asked to change before entering the ceremony and/or reception. This is your time to have fun with what you wear! Nothing is too extravagant, wear that outfit in your closet you never have a place to wear it to!

Question

Where Should I Fly Into?

Answer

There are two airports suitable for the wedding. 1. Medford International Airport for all guests flying in from anywhere outside of California. Medford International is roughly 2 hours from Brookings, OR. Please refer to our "Travel" tab at the top for more information. 2. Crescent City Municipal Airport for all guest seeking to fly regional on Advanced Air from either Oakland, CA or Hawthorne, CA. This takes you roughly 30 mins out from Brookings, OR. Please refer to our "Travel" tab at the top for more information. We do NOT recommend flying into Eugene or Portland as these are 4-6+ hours away from the venue.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We are hosting an unplugged wedding ceremony and we want all of our guests to be fully present to enjoy this special moment with us. We ask for no phones or cameras and to leave the photography to the professionals that we have hired for the day (and we will of course share all images with you once we receive them). You can however take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations, in fact it's encouraged! We just ask that you refrain from sharing images on social media until the Bride & Groom have had the opportunity to do so.
