Our wedding ceremony and dancing will take place outside, but we will be eating indoors. All guests must be vaccinated and test negative before joining us - we appreciate your vigilance in making sure everyone has a worry-free time.

What should I wear?

Answer

We advise cocktail attire, but ultimately want you to wear what makes you feel good! Since this is the Bay Area, a wide variety of temperatures are possible throughout the event – it may be warm in the afternoon but bring some layers to bundle up with late into the evening. (We're closing the place down at midnight! ✨🌝) It will get chilly. We will have a few heat lamps but bringing multiple layers will ensure that you're comfortable no matter what the night brings.

How should I get there? Where should I park?

For those that are driving, we will reserve some spaces in the Dwinelle lot right next to the Alumni House on campus. For those that don't mind taking the stairs or going the extra mile, the Downtown Berkeley BART station is just a half mile walk, and runs until 12:43am southbound, 12:59am northbound.

Question

Will there be childcare?

Answer

We have two babysitters (teachers in the local school district and personal friends of one of our guests) who will provide child care and supervise two rooms downstairs at the venue. Parents can party on while their kids are playing games, making art, on their iPads, sleeping, etc. Annabelle and Rodrigo will brings some supplies, but please bring whatever you like to make your kids comfortable. Of course, kids are more than welcome to participate in all aspects the party too. Let us know if you have questions!
