Thank you for traveling to celebrate with us! Here are a few recommendations to help you plan your stay. For the wedding night on October 3, we recommend staying in or near McMinnville, either in a hotel or Airbnb. If you’re in the wedding party, we suggest staying in McMinnville for both October 2 and 3 to make travel easier on the wedding morning and evening. For the nights leading up to the wedding, we recommend staying in Brentwood, Franklin, or Nashville. The rehearsal dinner for family and the wedding party will be on October 2 at Mere Bulles Restaurant & Events in Brentwood: 5201 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027. If you’re traveling from out of town, you may enjoy exploring Nashville before driving to McMinnville for the wedding. The drive is about 1 hour and 20 minutes. For October 3, staying within 10 to 15 minutes of the venue will be most convenient for Uber. Please reach out with any questions. We’re happy to help!

The hotel doesn't offer a traditional room block, but the hotel is offering our guests a discounted rate of $120 per night when you mention THE MONROE. Travel Note

Uber & Ride Share

As our wedding venue is a little outside the city, Uber rides are available but limited and may result in longer wait times. We encourage you to book your ride in advance using the Uber app and schedule your drop-off for around 3:00–3:15 pm and pick-up for around 10:00–10:15 pm to help ensure timely arrival and departure and to make sure enough drivers are available.

Air Bnb

There are several wonderful, affordable, and nearby Airbnb or VRBO options in and around McMinnville for the weekend. I’d recommend booking early, as they may fill up quickly. I've started a list with some airbnb options in the area and linked it here, but please don't let that list limit you.

Flight

Nashville International Airport

For air travel, BNA (Nashville International Airport) will likely offer more affordable nonstop flight options as well as rental car availability. The airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the venue without traffic, so please plan accordingly when booking your rides.

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) is about 1 hour and 35 minutes from the venue. While it offers more limited flight and rental car options compared to Nashville, it can be a good alternative if BNA doesn’t work for your schedule, or if you prefer to stay near the mountains or outside of Nashville for part of your trip.
