What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We’d love for the celebration to feel light, joyful, and spring inspired, so soft colors, florals, pastels, and lighter tones are encouraged. We kindly ask guests to avoid dark fall or winter tones if possible. Suits of any color are welcome. The ceremony and reception will both be indoors. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on turf and pavement.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. CST. We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early so you have time to park, make your way to the chapel, and find your seat. The chapel will open at 3:00 p.m. CST.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary parking on site.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a full open bar, including beer, wine, seltzers, cocktails, mocktails, and spirits. Please plan your transportation for after the event accordingly, whether that’s scheduling an Uber, Lyft, or having a designated driver, to ensure safe travel to your accommodations.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! Due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. We have decided to keep our wedding adults-only, with the exception of our flower girls and infants of members of the wedding party. We truly appreciate your understanding. If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Will the wedding ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors in a comfortably air-conditioned space! The cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception will be held outside.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We have secured a discounted rate at the Hampton Inn in McMinnville for wedding guests. Guests can receive a rate of $120 + tax per night by mentioning "The Monroe" when booking. Reservations for October are expected to open on July 1, and rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis. At that time, guests can call the hotel directly to book. Hampton Inn McMinnville 1560 Sparta St, McMinnville, TN 37110 (931) 473-0009 The hotel is less than 15 minutes from the venue. We also recommend looking into hotels, VRBOs, or Airbnbs in McMinnville for the night of the wedding, October 3.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options available. We are also happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions.
