Mount Marathon Jeep Trail

Hike the infamous Mount Marathon. Every Fourth of July there is a race up and down the mountain. First place record racers got up and down in 41 minutes for men and 47 for women. It's a beautiful hike with the most amazing panorama view of the town, sea and mountains. 4.1 mile loop "Mount Marathon Jeep trail"

Lost Lake Trail

13.8 mile hike. You can do out and back turning around at the lake or if you have two cars, park one at the Lost Lake Trailhead and the second one at the Primrose trailhead and walk to Primrose. Great for camping.

2 Lake Trail

Very easy stroll through the woods around 2 lakes, in town. 0.9 miles

Tonsina Creek Trail

Iditarod Trail

From Seward’s Iditarod Monument, you can walk north along a paved bike path along Resurrection Bay. Walk past our wedding venue along the water, see the fishermen fishing for salmon, otters playing in the docks. 1 mile easy walk

This is two hours north east of Anchorage. It's a beautiful glacier that you can walk on!

Harding Icefield Hike

8.2 loop hike. difficult for non hikers, moderately difficult for hikers. Hike through different terrains until you are overlooking an ice field that is larger than Rhode Island!
