Getting Here/There
Flight
O'Hare Airport
On NW side of Chicago. Starts the blue line stop and takes you direct into the city. The larger of the the two so may have more availability and cheaper options, but also some delays if you check a bag, land a flight, and/or longer lines if you need to get through security.

Midway Airport
Noted on more southwest side and Southwest Airlines hub- starts the Orange line for subway. Smaller airport and more "community" so likely quicker security and landing but maybe less options and slightly further away from wedding venue.

The big ones from the airport are the Orange and Blue depending on your airport! The venue is closest to the Green Line Damen stop but still requires a solid walk, and the Grand bus line (E/W Route 65) is the absolute closet public transport stop to the place. If you want to explore and get a pass, you can get the Ventra app on your phone for use! This allows for tap to pay. The easiest way to use CTA and buses while in town (don't sleep on the buses- they're a great way to get around!). Of note, late at night you'll want to take Uber.

If you don't book at the room block hotel provided above, there's plenty of options in downtown Chicago, River North neighborhoods, and West Loop for hotels and are close to many bars/restaurants and sites to see. You may find more Airbnb options in these spots or neighborhoods close to us like West Town, Wicker Park, or Ukrainian Village for a more local feel - (for reference we live near Western Ave and Grand Avenue). Know the venue is in a more industrial part of town, so nothing will be directly next to the venue. The following hotels are great options to check out! Please note: We don't have room blocks at any of these hotels.
