Answer

The ceremony will start at 2pm and the reception will follow with appetizers and bar service at 4pm. Dinner will be at 6pm with dancing afterwards until 11pm. Late night snacks at 10pm.

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

Appetizers: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms, Bison Quesadillas, Caprese Skewers Dinner: Honey rosemary chicken thighs, espresso rubbed flank steak with Gorgonzola compound butter, Yukon gold mash, sweet chili roasted carrots, garlic knot bread, poppy seed mixed green salad with goat cheese and maple glazed walnuts. Buffet style Late night snack: Nachos Dessert: Mrs. Robarge's famous whoopie pies

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Dress is formal, what we mean by formal is one of your nicer outfits. Dresses don't have to be to the floor nor do you need to wear a full suit. No need to buy something you don't own already, basically don't show up in jeans and T-shirt. The ceremony and reception are indoors, the reception has plenty of space outside for people to hangout and wander. Early October in Bozeman will likely be mild temperatures but may be hot. Or it might snow, best to look at the forecast shortly before to plan for the weather. The night will get very cold. Bring comfortable shoes to dance in!

Question

My plus one is missing from my RSVP, what should I do?

Answer

We tried to include everybodies plus one, but if we missed someone, please reach out to either of us or make a note in your RSVP and we can add them. We do ask that plus ones are reserved for couples and not for dates. Also, if we are missing your plus ones name (first and or last) please leave a note in your RSVP so we can update it accordingly.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! We would love for everyones whole family to come and celebrate with us. If your kids are not included on your RSVP please let us know and we can add them! WARNING: Music will be loud for dancing

Question

Where do you recommend staying in the area?

Answer

We have two hotels with discounted rates blocked out in Bozeman. Both of them are in downtown Bozeman right next to mainstreet and are a good option for people who would prefer to do less driving and don't mind staying in a smaller space. Airbnbs and the like can be very limited in Bozeman, if available at all, so we recommend looking in Belgrade of you prefer to stay in house. The reception is also in Belgrade so your drive will be shorter staying here. There are also some very scenic places to stay on the outskirts of Bozeman and Belgrade if your looking for a more remote place.

Question

What are the transportation options?

Answer

We will have a shuttle that anyone can take from the hotels to the ceremony-> reception-> hotels. Please make a note in your RSVP if you are planning on using this. See the travel page for more info. Ubers are not reliably available in the Bozeman area so please do not plan on getting an Uber to and from any part of the wedding. For this reason we highly recommend a rental vehicle. The parking may be tight at the ceremony depending on the number of people, but street parking neaby is allowed. Hart Ranch has plenty of parking for everyone and cars can be left there overnight if necessary so that everyone can drive responsibly. When you pull into the ranch, under the arch, head left towards the signs for wedding parking.

Question

I am not Catholic, what should I know about the ceremony?

Answer

This is a full catholic mass with the marriage sacrament. Everyone is welcome to attend! The general structure is procession in, 1st reading, responsorial Psalm, 2nd reading, gospel, homily, marriage rite, liturgy of the Eucharist and then blessing and dismissal. During communion (receiving of the consecrated bread and wine), if you are not Catholic or a non practicing Catholic, please come up with your arms crossed over your chest for a blessing

Question

I would like to take a trip for one or multiple days in the area, what do you reccomend?

Answer

We highly recommend Glacier National Park! It's our favorite NP and where we got engaged but, it is a five hour drive from Bozeman and there may be snow on the trails in early October as well as seasonal closures of facilities and roads. We recommend taking a multi-day trip here and checking out the nps.gov website for more information. We also recommend Yellowstone as its only an hour and a half away from Bozeman and can be done in a daytrip or one night stay. Early October will have most of the facilities in the park closed but check out the nps.gov website for more info.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

It is an open bar! (It was Mr. Parker's only stipulation for the wedding) We will be providing liquor and mixers for the following cocktails: - Jack and Coke - Huckleberry Lemonade - Vodka Soda - Old Fashioned There will be 2 beers on tap and a small selection of wine. There will be non-alcoholic drinks and a water station. Bar services will start at 4PM and last call is at 10:30 PM

Question

Where is the RSVP page?

Answer

RSVPs closed on Aug 29th and unfortunately we cannot adjust our head count at this point.
