When and how should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, visit our wedding website's dedicated RSVP page, which will become available shortly after our invitations are mailed. Please submit your response by February 23rd to help us finalize our wedding plans. We look forward to celebrating this special day with you!

What does “formal attire” mean?

Answer

We’re inviting everyone to dress up for a fun evening together! Dark suits are perfect for men (tuxes aren't required!), and mid-length or long dresses are great for women. Black tie isn’t required — just think elegant, festive, and ready for a great night.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 5:00–5:15 PM so you’re settled and comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 5:30 PM.

Is everything outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Ceremony, cocktails, and dinner all take place under the trees and twinkle lights of Villa Woodbine. Bring a light layer just in case.

We’ll have some kids and teens in the wedding party, but otherwise the celebration is adults-only (18+). We appreciate your understanding!

If your invitation says you have one, bring them! Otherwise, we’re keeping things cozy and intimate.

Villa Woodbine is nestled in the charming Coconut Grove neighborhood, conveniently located just a short distance from most area hotels. The address is 2167 S Bayshore Drive. Guests can easily reach the venue by rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. For those driving, convenient on-site parking and valet services will be available to ensure a smooth arrival. Yes! There’ll be plenty of delicious Latin-inspired bites during cocktail hour, signature cocktails, wine and beer, a seated dinner with options for everyone, and of course, cake to finish the night.
