Why Chebeague Island?
Answer
Many of our family members and friends will be coming from outside of the Northeast and we wanted to share the experience of being on a Maine island in the summer with them!

Where do we stay?
Answer
Great question! We have secured housing on the island for all guests. This will be primarily rental homes on the island as the inn will be reserved for bridal party and immediate family. working to organize housing for the weekend. What's there to do on the island?
Answer
Chebeague Island is a beautiful destination! There is a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, and beaches to explore. The Chebeague Island Inn will also have lawn games available on the day of the wedding. If you plan to stay for longer than the weekend Portland has tons of additional options.

Where can we eat on the island?
Answer
The Chebeague Island Inn has a full bar and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Chebeague Island Boatyard also has a small convenience store with snacks, beer, and wine as well as a deli called the Niblic which serves sandwiches and salads. Doughty's Island Market is an independent grocery if you are renting a house and prefer to cook yourself.

Know that we love your kids!! However, our wedding will be adults only. Thank you for understanding.

What will the weather be on the wedding weekend?
Answer
If only we knew! June in Maine could be anywhere from 60s - 80s, check the weather before you pack for your trip and bring layers!
