We appreciate everyone traveling so far to celebrate our special day with us. So we can spend as much time as possible with you all, we will be hosting a Welcome Party with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres provided. While we would love to see you before the big day, if you'd prefer to explore or rest, we completely understand and will look forward to celebrating with you at the ceremony!

4:30 PM — Champagne Welcome & Guest Arrival Guests are invited to arrive, settle in, and enjoy a few light refreshments as everyone gathers 5:00 PM — Ceremony We’ll begin the ceremony promptly, so please find your seats by this time 5:30 PM — Cocktail Hour Following the ceremony, join us for cocktails, small bites, and mingling before the evening continues 6:30pm — Transportation to Reception 7:00pm — Wedding Reception and Dancing at Coral Beach & Tennis Club Complimentary transportation will be provided from Coral Beach Club to the ceremony at RHADC, and following the ceremony, guests will be transported back to Coral Beach for the reception

Make Your Own Bermuda Memories OR Join us in the sport that brought us together as we cap off our wedding weekend with a fun racing! We'll kick things off with a Mimosa & Bloody Mary Skippers' Meeting before heading out onto Hamilton Harbour to race club-owned RS21s (3-4 sailors) To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, participation as a sailor is limited to those with recent racing experience. If you'd prefer to stay on the water without racing, we'd also love to have you join our Race Committee or Safety (Beer) Boat crew. Prior boating experience is required for these roles. The final fleet racing format will depend on the number of sailors joining us and will be confirmed closer to the event. Prefer to cheer from shore? The club will be open for its usual Saturday lunch service, and guests are welcome to enjoy lunch or drinks while watching the racing from the clubhouse. Credit cards are accepted for all food and beverage purchases.
