We have hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn Express and the Spark by Hilton, both in West Coxsackie, NY. The room blocks require a 2 night stay. If you plan to book an AirBnB, we recommend finding one in Athens, NY. Everyone will take organized transportation to and from the wedding. Please do not plan to park at the venue unless we have discussed prior arrangements as there is limited space :) You are welcome to park your cars at the Holiday Inn or Spark Hilton and jump on the transportation. ATHENS: Transportation for anyone staying in Athens will leave promptly at 3:10pm from The Stewart House (2 North Water Street Athens, NY 12015) to arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm. HOLIDAY INN: Transportation for anyone staying at The Holiday Inn will leave promptly at 3:10pm to arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm. SPARK HILTON: Transportation for anyone staying at The Spark Hilton will leave promptly at 3:15pm to arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm.

The closest train station is Hudson NY, 20 min away. Amtrak trains are usually leaving every hour from Penn Station in Manhattan. The 2h trip is a beautiful train ride alongside the Hudson River.

The closest airport is Albany International Airport; 30min from Windrift, alternatively EWR Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey or LGA/JFK in NY. For EWR, you can either rent a car from there or take the Amtrak train from Newark to New York and connect at Penn Station to a train to Hudson, NY.
