Hotel Check In

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Hotel check-in is at 3pm each day. As you each arrive, please send us a quick note when you're all checked in! We'd love to say hello if time permits. This is an all-inclusive resort, so your meals, drinks, and many activities are included — but spa services, tours, and some extras typically cost extra and might require reservations. Welcome Dinner Beach Party

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Resort Casual - a step below cocktail, but above everyday casual. Comfortable enough for sand and possibly a breeze, but elevated enough to feel festive. This will be on the beach. so think sandals and flats and loafers.

Join us for a festive taco bar dinner right on the beach, followed by a cozy bonfire, complete with s’mores. We’d love for this to be a night of connection and laughter, so if you’d like to share a story, toast, or a few heartfelt words, the floor will be open for all to speak.

Wedding

3:45 pm - 5:00 pm

Coastal cocktail/semi formal - Attire that is elegant, yet relaxed. For Women: Breezy dresses, cocktail dresses, sundresses, breathable fabrics For Men: Linen or lightweight dress shirts and trousers, suits in tropical fabrics.

The ceremony has moved to an outdoor terrace and requires an elevator or stairs to get to the top floor - please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and be seated by 3:45pm. Cocktail hour will follow, before the reception begins.
