Walking down Walnut Street and then hopping around the farmers market in Rittenhouse Square are quintessential Saturday morning activities. Grab a coffee at Vibrant or Alchemy, or make a reservation for brunch at Parc. Take in the fabulous Philly people watching!
A classic Philly stop if you haven't been, RTM turned 133 this year. It boasts a ridiculous food selection and has so much to see (a great option if raining). Just note that it can get very crowded on the weekend.
I, Colleen, am honored to have married a coffee snob and we are lucky to live so close to so many amazing shops. If Zac approves, you know it's good! Below are a few of our faves: Rittenhouse: Vibrant, Black Turtle, Alchemy, Elixr, Suprema, Mr. Rabbit Center City/Washington Square West: Habitat, Jiggy, Rival Bros, Cypress Garden, Thank You Thank You
The Philly food scene is amazing, and while we have SO many places we can recommend, here are a few of our favorites for Saturday and/or Sunday morning: Rittenhouse: Wilder, DaMò, 20th St Pizza, Mission Taqueria, Dizengoff Washington Square West: Green Eggs, Talula's Garden, Taco & Ramen Queen Village: Fitz on 4th, Royal Tavern East Passyunk: The Tasty, Triangle Tavern Graduate Hospital: Say She Ate, Loco Pez Pennsport: Grindcore House
If it's a hot July weekend like we are expecting, you can't go wrong with any of the following: Rittenhouse: 20th St Pizza (specifically the soft serve), P.S. & Co, Malai Center City: Van Leeuwen East Passyunk: South Philly Ice, Milk Jawn
