THERE IS A ROAD CLOSURE AFFECTING THE ROUTE TO THE CHURCH. The best address is 1000 E CITY HALL AVE NORFOLK, VA 23504. This will take you to the parking lot. We are having a Catholic ceremony in the only predominantly African American Basilica in the country, located in Norfolk. Johnny started attending mass there when he started medical school. It is a truly special and unique Church that cannot be found anywhere else in the country. It holds a place as close to Johnny's faith as St. Al's at Gonzaga. We highly recommend reading about its history here: https://basilicaofsaintmary.org/history PLEASE NOTE that there will be a gap in time between the end of the ceremony and the start of the reception.
