The area we now call home has so many outdoor spots to eat that we love. Here are just a few: OMG Burgers & Brew: https://omgburgerandbrew.com/ Located on the winding roads through Schooley's Mountain, this barn turned restaurant has a beautiful outdoor patio, delicious burgers and extensive vegan options. Czig Meister Brewing: https://czigmeisterbrewing.com/ Built out of a 1900's era carriage house, this production craft brewery has a wonderful outdoor biergarten to try their expansive selection of beers. (Also kid friendly until 6pm!) They do not serve food, but they are happy to recommend a nearby restaurant to order from. Burnt Mills Cidery: https://burntmillscider.com/ Open everyday, you can taste their crafted-on-site ciders around a firepit. You could also play cornhole or make s'mores. Just as before, they do not serve food, but will provide delivery menus for you.
Hiking
Mt. Tammany: https://www.njhiking.com/mt-tammany/ 3.5 miles long, but very steep Mt. Tammany offers a fantastic overlook of the Delaware Water Gap that makes it definitely worth the climb. Schooley's Mountain: https://www.njhiking.com/schooleys-mountain/ Just nearby, Schooley's Mountain offers breathtaking views along 9 different trails nestled into the heart of Northwest New Jersey.
