Welcome Drinks

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

We will have welcome drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres on Friday evening on the rooftop at Live Arts on the Charlottesville Downtown Mall. Attire: Casual (e.g. casual sundress, dressy top and jeans, short or long-sleeve button-down shirt and pants)

Reception

5:00 pm

We will be getting married in a small ceremony with our immediate families earlier in the day. Then, we will meet you all at Camp Holiday Trails to celebrate! The reception will be held at an outdoor, covered pavilion. Cocktail hour starts at 5:00pm and dinner will be served buffet style at 6:00pm. The bartenders will be serving between 5:00-10:00pm. Immediate family and friends are staying at the rustic Camp Holiday Trails cabins, so the party will continue! Attire: Garden Party (e.g. tea-length cocktail dresses, floral maxi dresses, slacks with a button down)

Breakfast

9:30 am - 11:00 am

We will have a casual send-off breakfast in the pavilion with bagels & coffee for anyone who wants to join! Attire: Casual (e.g. whatever you're wearing for the car ride home!)
