Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Sharon Poczter and Michael Cohen
There are so many fun things to do in the Sarasota-Longboat Key Area. The Sarasota/Longboat Key area is comprised of Sarasota, a small, very walkable city, and Longboat Key, a beautiful area off the coast of Sarasota with amazing, award-winning beaches. The driving distance from Sarasota to the beginning of Longboat Key is about 10 minutes. From one end of Longboat Key to the other is about 20 minutes by car. Sarasota has many shops, art galleries, restaurants, cafes, etc. In addition to Sarasota, St. Armands Circle on Longboat Key is a lovely shopping area with restaurants, clothing stores (like Lilly Pulitzer and Tommy Bahama), cafes, bars, etc. as well. Below are some restaurant and activity recommendations.
