Welcome Dinner

Join us as we welcome you to Longboat Key! We will have a lovely buffet dinner set up with a beautiful beach backdrop at the Main Clubhouse of the Sea Place Condominiums. Please instruct drivers to enter the 1945 address entrance of the complex (as there is another entrance as well). At the entrance, please tell security you are attending the Cohen-Poczter Welcome Dinner at the Clubhouse.

Ceremony

Please arrive to the Resort by 4:30 pm, as the ceremony begins promptly at 5 pm, and you will need to park and then ride the trolley to the ceremony or walk (which will take about ten minutes). Please enter the main entrance of the Resort at Longboat Key Club. If you have a car, please follow the signs to the Spike n' Tees Terrace, where you should park. From there, guests walk to the main entrance of the Resort in about ten minutes by following the signs for the main entrance, or by taking the private trolley that will be picking up and dropping off from Spike n' Tees. The main entrance has a circular driveway and portico (see photo above). From the main entrance of the Resort, please follow signs and/or be guided by event coordinators out to the South Beach, where the ceremony will be held. If you are being dropped off, you can instruct the driver to drop you off at the main entrance of the Resort and follow signs/ask coordinators to point you to the South Beach.
Cocktail Hour and Reception

After the ceremony, trolleys from the front entrance will take guests back to the Spike n' Tees Terrace for the cocktail hour and reception. Guests can also walk from the ceremony to the Spike n' Tees Terrace (it takes about ten minutes to walk).

Bon Voyage Brunch

Bagels, Blintzes, and Bellinis! Oh My! Please join us for a Bon Voyage Brunch on Monday morning to say our goodbyes. The brunch will be at the Main Clubhouse of the Sea Place Condominiums (the same location as the Welcome Dinner!). Please follow the same directions as for the Welcome Dinner for entering the complex and parking. Come whenever you can! We understand guests will likely be traveling, so please come and go as you please!
