What is the weather like?
Answer
The average temperature for April 13 in Montrose is a high of 63° a low of 35°, but as of 4/2/2025, the forecasted temperature is 74°! But still bring a coat just in case. As for precipitation, snowfall is extremely unlikely, but it could rain! We recommend packing an umbrella just in case. Some blankets and umbrellas will also be provided.

The ceremony will be outdoors, the cocktail hour will indoors/outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Will there be transportation services provided?
Answer
We are not providing a shuttle to and from the welcome party or wedding. However, there are several transportation services you can use if you do not want to drive yourself. Find a list of those services here: https://www.visitmontrose.com/plan/getting-around/ Please note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in this area. We recommend you reserve rides with either company ahead of time to ensure availability. If you choose to rent a car, there are tons of rental car agencies to choose from at the airport. Find a list of available agencies here: https://montroseairport.com/191/Rental-Car-Agencies Please ensure you have a designated driver if you choose to drive yourself to the welcome party and/or wedding and plan on drinking alcohol. We need you safe!

Is there parking available at the venues?
Answer
There are parking lots at both the welcome party and wedding venues. Guests can leave their cars at the wedding venue until noon the next day. The venue will provide a temporary gate code guests can use the following day to pick up their cars. The gate code will be announced at the wedding or sent to you via text the day before the wedding.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
If your child is invited, it will be noted on the invitation. If your child is not noted on the invitation, and not bringing them will be a large obstacle in coming - reach out to the bride and groom and we will see what we can work out!

Only the people addressed in the invitation are invited to the welcome party and wedding.

At the wedding, we are serving appetizers followed by pasta! There will be gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. At the welcome party, we are serving appetizers.
