Fortunately, with the vaccine in full roll out, the wedding is on as planned! **Please note that all guests MUST be fully vaccinated.**

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 4:45pm and find a seat so our short but sweet ceremony can start promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I bring my kids or dog?

Answer

We love your children, two- and four-legged! However, both our ceremony and reception will be events for human adults only. We ask that only specified guests attend. Please contact one of us directly regarding babes-in-arms (<12mo).

How should we get there?

Answer

We encourage guests to use ride share services to get to/from the wedding, however there is a secure parking garage across the street that will be available from 4:30-11:00pm for a small fee. If you're staying at either of the Oakland Marriott hotels and feel like a stroll, the venue is less than a 10 minute walk away!

What's the dress code?

Answer

Anywhere from "California Casual" (tie optional, summery dresses) to "Cocktail" will fit in just fine. Keep in mind that while Septembers are warm here, Bay Area weather can be unpredictable. The ceremony and reception will both be outside, so you may want to bring a jacket for the later evening!

Can I take photos of the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully Present, and request that our intimate ceremony remain completely "unplugged". Please put away your cameras, phones, tablets, et cetera until the reception. We have hired a professional photographer and will happily share all the photos after!
