We recommend flying into Denver International Airport. The drive time from Denver to the venue is approximately 3 hours. Colorado Springs also has an airport that is slightly closer, but with few direct flights.

The town of Westcliffe, Colorado has many small hotels and B&Bs to book your stay in. Our venue is approximately 15 minutes from town. We do not have any hotel blocks or shuttles, so please call or go online to make your own arrangements. On-site Camping & RV

Historic Pines Ranch campsites have been pre-booked so you can join us with your tent or RV. On-site showers and bathrooms will be available a short distance from your site. Note for campers: we will be in black bear country, so please leave your scented items in the space provided away from your tent.

The Historic Pines Ranch has some lodging on site in shared cabins that has been pre-booked. There are a number of different bed and fold out couch arrangements. Especially for those coming Thursday to help with set-up, let us know if you are interested in this option.
