During the day on Friday & Saturday we don't have anything formal planned. That's so that everyone can enjoy the activities that are offered around the area and spend time together doing whatever they choose. Here are some ideas for Friday & Saturday downtime:

• Hiking on the ranch (there are several trails marked around the property where you are free to roam).

• Hiking different trails near Westcliffe (Head to US Forestry Dept downtown for area maps)
- Rainbow Trail
- Music Meadows Ranch
- Sangre de Cristo Range trails

• Walk around the cute shops in downtown Westcliffe

• Visit Silver Cliff Museum

• Horseback rides at Historic Pines Ranch (Let us know if you are interested when you RSVP)! You can rent horses from the owners and they will take anyone on a slow, beautiful trail ride. It’s $40 an hour. 

• Hot tub and relaxation! There is a little building on the ranch with a hot tub and sauna open for you to enjoy, so bring a swimsuit! 

• We’ll also have hammocks and yard games!
