MEX (Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juárez)

The international airport in Mexico has two separate terminals (terminal 1 and terminal 2). Depending on your airline, you may be flying out of a different terminal from the one in which you arrived. It is important to check this information ahead of time because the terminals are about a thirty minute bus ride away from each other. For departure flights, we recommend that you arrive three hours ahead of time in order to confirm that you are at the right terminal and in order to lessen travel stress. The security checkpoint in Mexico City airport does not require that you take off your shoes.
