A shuttle will take guests from Hotel Monaco to our wedding venue in Oakland (and back to Hotel Monaco at the end of the night). We’ll share the details and timing closer to the wedding day, right here on the travel page.

For those who prefer to drive there is parking located at our reception venue, only a short walk away from Heinz Chapel.

Black Tie Attire: Tuxedos or suits for gentlemen (please no khakis, jeans, or golf-shirts), long gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, or pant suits for ladies
We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:30 PM (BIS time - Butt in Seat time!!) The Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

After the ceremony at Heinz Chapel, please join us in the Foyer of Carnegie Music Hall for cocktail hour. Enjoy wine service, an open bar, and passed hors d’oeuvres. The foyer is just a short walk from the chapel.
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We are excited to share a sit-down dinner with all of our guests. Following dinner, we will celebrate with music, dancing, and of course a Pittsburgh cookie table!
