Clarissa and Ellyn became besties during a surprise 10th birthday party for a friend. They say watching The Lizzie McGuire Movie that night is what started it all.. “This is what dreams are made of.” Ever since then, they’ve pretty much been inseparable.

Jenna invited Clarissa over at the beginning of summer in 2013 for one last hurrah (AKA eat a bunch of junk for the last time and then start to get in shape together). They never stopped eating junk and never worked out, but they formed an everlasting friendship.

In the fall of 2009, Clarissa split her shorts during powderpuff practice and Sarah just happened to have an extra pair with her. Clarissa had no idea that when she was getting a pair of shorts from Sarah that she was also getting a best friend for life.

Adri is the youngest of Clarissa’s 2 baby sisters. When Adri was little, she’d knock on Clarissa’s bedroom door and say “It’s me, A-zchian.. the good one.” in hopes that she’d be allowed to come in. Who could say no to that?

Clarissa always wanted a sibling and Malaina made that happen when she was born! Growing up, Malaina would always ask Clarissa to do her hair and makeup. The roles quickly reversed though once Malaina got into her teens. She’s now the family’s personal stylist!

Becoming friends with Lauren is somewhat of a blur. Clarissa and Lauren became connected through Sarah in high school, but then eventually they just started hanging out without her once they realized they had a lot of the same interests (like donuts and dancing) - sorry Sarah!

After high school, Clarissa joined a dance team that Abby was on and her mom coached. Thanks to that, they became great friends! Clarissa has tagged along on multiple family beach trips with Abby since - she really feels like an extra member of the fam. Thanks to the help of Abby, Clarissa met Vince!

Heather and Clarissa have always known each other (thanks to basketball), but didn’t become inseparable until 2013 when they worked at the LCC together. Heather is the only friend of Clarissa’s where they fight like sisters one second and then turn around and order a bottle of wine to split like nothing happened the next.

Roo Roo joined our lives as our doggy daughter in March of 2020 - hands down the best thing to come out of the pandemic. We cannot imagine celebrating our wedding day without her being a part of it. We love her so much!

College friend/former roommate. Jackson is commonly mistaken for Vince’s brother. He was there when we got engaged and was able to capture the moment for us.
