Suttle Lake Day Use Area
A nearby hike with food options along a beautiful alpine lake. The loop trail is an easy-going flat 3.5 miles.
Explore Sisters, OR
Clarissa's parents have called this town home for almost 10 years. This western style town has great shopping, art, and food. Clarissa and Hayden recommend stopping at the Sisters Saloon or The Barn, our favorite spots to get a drink or a bite to eat.
Spend a Day in Bend
Located about 45 minutes from Camp Sherman is Central Oregon's biggest town. Loved by nature lovers and beer enthusiasts, it is a great place to spend a day or two if you are extending your trip to Oregon.
Smith Rock State Park
This is a great place to make a pit stop if taking the Hwy 26 route to Camp Sherman. A haven for rock climbers and hikers alike.
