We ask that guests RSVP to both the Welcome Party and Wedding Reception/Ceremony by Monday September 2.
Other than the youngest members of our wedding party, we appreciate your understanding that this is a child-free event.
Attire for the wedding events is outdoor semi-formal. This means longer dresses or jumpsuits and nice slacks. Most of our events will be on grass or soft ground, so wear appropriate footwear. In the evening, temperatures will drop very low, so jackets are recommended for all.
October in Central Oregon see highs in the mid 60s during the day and lows drop to near freezing at night. We encourage guests to pack both warm and light jackets in preparation. The area has abundant outdoor recreation activities, so we recommend anyone interested in exploring the area to bring sturdy walking or hiking shoes.
We encourage our out-of-state guests to look at the "travel" page for more information. We understand that our wedding venue is a long distance from major airports, so we encourage thoughtful travel planning and coordination with the wedding couple as needed. Don't hesitate to ask for help!
Due to most guests staying on-site, we do not have transportation for those staying off-site. We encourage guests to stay as close as possible (Camp Sherman) or arrange to have a designated driver for your party.
Our wonderful caterers will ensure that all allergies and special food requests are met. We will be gathering those requests when we ask for RSVPs in the summer.
Guests who will be staying at cabins were sent an email in April with instructions on booking cabins. If you need help finding accomodations in the area, visit our travel page or contact the couple.
We have many of our top gifts as well as a couple of cash funds listed on the "registry" page of the website. This registry is organized through Zola. If you wish to purchase any items through another vendor, please mark that you have purchased on the Zola registry page.
