Yes- the resort is doing Covid testing on site, complementary to all guests.

Question

TRAVEL TIPS

Answer

Fill out an immigration form online and print it before you leave. One per person and one per family (if you live with your significant other you're considered a family). You can complete this step here: https://www.cancunairport.com/immigration.html Bring pens with you if you are not filling them out before hand online.

Question

IMPORTANT TIPS FOR GUESTS

Answer

You have a 24-hour personal concierge - USE YOUR CONCIERGE FOR EVERYTHING! We cannot stress this enough. They help you with anything on the resort, any request you have they are at your disposal. They also book your dinner reservations. Your mini-bar is stocked daily - you can request what you want in it (bottles of wine, tequila, beer, water, pop) snacks in the room are restocked as well (chips, crackers, cookies, candy bars, granola bars). Talk to your concierge about what you want restocked everyday and they will make it happen. Beach and poolside waiter service, pool concierge, and beach concierge (you can order lunch from them too! The carne asada wrap is unreal). 24-hour gourmet suite service - great for late night eats! (pizza, wings, shakes, etc.) Photos of the late night food menu is in the photos tab of our website. Additional services: Doctor on the resort, laundry services, dry cleaning services, airport transportation.

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE

Answer

Entire resort: The only downside to the resort is that men have to wear pants to the restaurants. For the wedding: Beachy dresses for women, pants for men or women, knit button down shirts, long/short sleeve shirts, bare feet welcome! The groom/groomsmen will be wearing suits (no ties) for the ceremony and pictures, then will likely remove their jackets for the reception.

Question

WHERE DO I EAT?

Answer

Breakfast, lunch and dinner à la carte or buffet at Bistro, Azul and Chaká restaurants. Azul has a HUGE buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So many options and they constantly bring out new food. You will have a waiter here that comes around for drink orders (yes alcohol) and anything else you need. Dinner à la carte at 5 signature restaurants: Frida (gourmet Mexican cuisine) don't expect tacos! Cocina de Autor (creative-evolutionary cuisine), Piaf (traditional French cuisine) highly recommend Piaf is out of this world, Sen Lin (Asian cuisine), and Lucca (Italian-Mediterranean cuisine). All of the restaurant menus can be found here: https://rivieramaya.grandvelas.com/dining

Question

WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN?

Answer

All-inclusive means that the rate you pay for your hotel includes everything! Dinner, lunch, breakfast, snacks, drinks, alcohol (even top shelf) anything you want to eat or drink with no limits!
