Where is the venue and how do I get there?

Answer

The venue is just north of town off of Springhill Rd. The address is 7851 McGuire Rd Belgrade, MT. To get to the venue go north on 19th Ave across the highway until it ends. Take a right on Springhill Rd and follow for 6 miles. Turn right on Penwell Bridge Rd, then turn left on McGuire Rd. The venue will be on your left, look for the red barn!

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Most of the hotels offer a pickup service at the airport and there is both Uber and Lyft services in Bozeman as well. If you want to do any exploring outside of the wedding we would recommend renting a car for more reliable service. We will not be providing transportation to or from the wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On average the high is 70 degrees and the low is 44 degrees. It will be cool in the evening, so it is advisable to bring layers!

What is the venue like?

Answer

There is a large two story barn where, weather permitted, only the food, drinks and dancing will be! The ceremony will be in a grassy field and dinner will be served outside the barn, weather permitting.

COVID considerations

Answer

We strongly encourage anyone who wishes to attend to receive a vaccine before attending the wedding. If you are an adult not able to receive the vaccine then we ask that you please wear a mask when interacting with other guests. We want everyone to attend who would like to, but also want to keep everyone healthy and safe. We will have hand sanitizer readily available as well. If you do not feel comfortable attending we completely understand and truly wish that everyone remains healthy while celebrating. Weather permitting there will be more than enough room to social distance during the reception.
