Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block at Radisson Hotel Downtown St. Paul (161 St. Anthony Ave, St. Paul, MN). The group rate for “Claire Thomas and Mac Deisz Wedding Block” starts at $134. This includes breakfast, parking, and the shuttle. There are also plenty of hotels within blocks of the venue and around Minneapolis as well!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking in the building attached to the venue for a fee (ranges from $8-$25). There are also two nearby surface lots with free reserved parking for the event with 35-40 spaces: Lancer Lot (262 E 8th St) and 8th/Wacouta Lot (242 8th St). Overnight parking is not included. Otherwise, there are plenty of street lots and ramps nearby at varying rates. Guests can also park near the hotel and shuttle to the venue!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle at the Radisson Hotel will run from 3-4:30 PM and then will bring guests back to the hotel from 9:45-11:45 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Whenever you know whether you can make it or not! Final date to RSVP is October 10th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30. Doors open at 4 and it’s a cool venue with a rooftop so feel free to explore. Just try to be in your seats 5-10 minutes before 4:30.

I have a food allergy/restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Definitely :) there will be a place to put dietary notes on the RSVP and we will make sure you can eat something tasty and safe.

Should I stay until the end?

Answer

Daylight savings ends that night so you will have an extra hour of sleep... ;)

Is there an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes. Top-tier beer, wine, and seltzers will be flowing all night long!
