Lakeside Lodge Clemson - Hotel & Resort
This is the closest hotel to the property. It's a 10 minute (5 mile) drive. There is a large pool, hottub, and restaurant in the resort. It is pet friendly. There is boat trailer parking in the parking lot but no docks. The closest boat launch is Seneca Creek. We have reserved a room block here for better pricing. To receive the discounted rate, you need to book thru the front desk by calling 864-722-2500 and mentioning the Curtis/Conner wedding. The double queen rooms will be $170 and the studio king rooms will be $140. You MUST be book 20 July in order to get the reduced rate.
Hotel
Clemson University's James F. Martin Inn
This university-ran hotel is a 15 minute (7.5 mile) drive from the property. It's on a golf course and there is a restaurant on the property. It is pet friendly. There is boat trailer parking in the parking lot and docks that allow overnight usage. The hotel also has an ice machine (Lakeside Lodge does not). The closest boat launch is Seneca Creek. You can boat to the venue in about 15 minutes from here. There is a small marina with boat gas and a restaurant across the water.
House Or Rental
The Point RV at Lake Hartwell
This is a campground with RV spots and cabins located 30 minutes (19 miles) from the property. If you wanted to spend more longer than the weekend in the area, this may be a good options for you. There is room for boat parking here. You can boat to the property in about 35 minutes from here. Interior RV sites are a mix of 30- and 50-Amp sites. Some offer sewer connections, others are water and electric only. Cabin sites are located overlooking Lake Hartwell. Comfort cabins sleep 4 and offer a kitchenette. Larger full-service cabins offer a full kitchen, full bath, and sleep six.

Bring a Tent
If you'd like a very rustic experience, you're welcome to pitch a tent on the property. We've spent many nights camped out here and waking up to a sunrise over the lake is an excellent way to get the day started. Portable fans are recommended given the time of the year.
