Hyatt Regency Westlake

This hotel block is full. We still have rooms available at the Marriott, which is only 5 minutes down the road. The shuttles will be stopping at both hotels!

Flight

Airport Options

We recommend flying into Los Angeles Airport (LAX) or Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR). LAX is about 45 minutes (without traffic) to Agoura and Westlake where the hotel blocks are. Burbank is about 35 minutes (without traffic). If you want a beautiful drive from LAX, take the route along PCH (CA-1) to Kanan Road.

Travel Note

Car Rentals

We highly recommend renting a car for your trip! There are typically Ubers near the hotel blocks, but they can be pretty pricey (especially with the current cost of gas). It will also make it a lot easier to explore some of the great things the area has to offer! We also recommend booking your car rental in advance, as August is a very busy month in California! There is a location near the airport with Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar rentals (9000 Airport Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045), and you can easily take a shuttle for free over to that location. There are many other rental locations in the area as well!

If you’d like to be near the beach, we recommend looking in/near Malibu or Ventura (closest option to the venue). Westlake, Agoura, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park are all safe areas with easy accessibility to the venue and other activities.
