Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have two hotel blocks listed on the Travel + Hotels page. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking your room as soon as possible. The room blocks at the special group rate are secured at the Hyatt until July 15, and the Marriott until July 27. We highly recommend booking before then to lock in these rates and ensure availability.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can start arriving at 4pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles for the hotel guests. If you choose to drive to the venue, you can keep your car at Gerry Ranch overnight and pick it up before 11am the following day. Ubers are available in the area as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a large lot on site, so parking will not be a problem! If you need to keep your car there overnight that is an option as well. Just make sure to pick it up before 11am the next morning.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We wouldn't want to make things any more difficult if your family is traveling to join us for our special day! Please just let us know if your child will need a high chair, and how many of your children are under the age of 3. This can be provided on the RSVP form.
