Shuttle services will be available for transportation to and from the wedding venue and after party. Shuttles will operate from each hotel listed above. IMPORTANT: There are limited seats on each shuttle bus. We encourage guests to take the earlier shuttle if you're able to in order to ensure enough seats are available for everyone. If you're not staying at either of the hotels listed above but are planning to use the shuttle, please use the Courtyard shuttle as we expect less guests to depart from that hotel. The shuttle schedule is listed below: To Venue 3:15pm 4:00pm From Venue 9:45pm - venue > hotels only 10:00pm - venue > hotels only 10:15pm - venue > hotels > casino 10:30pm - venue > hotels > casino To Casino* Approx. 10:40pm Approx. 10:55pm From Casino 12:30am 1:00am *The 10:15pm and 10:30pm shuttles will drop guests off at each hotel prior to taking guests to the casino for the after party. Those who are on the 10:15pm or 10:30pm shuttle and wish to attend the after party can stay on the shuttle. Those who returned to the hotels on an earlier shuttle and wish to attend the after party can get on one of the shuttles leaving the hotels at approximately 10:40pm or 10:55pm. Please note, Uber/Lyft are not recommended for transportation from the venue. However, ride-hailing services may be more reliable in the Meadowlands area for transportation between the hotels, welcome drinks, and the after party.

Parking & Drop-off

If you wish to drive to the venue, parking is available in the gravel lot across the street, opposite the driveway. Signs are posted. Guests can be dropped off at the top of the driveway, around the fountain, if needed. Once parked, there will be a short walk up the driveway where you will be greeted by venue staff and directed where to go.

Pittsburgh International Airport

If you’re looking to fly, the Pittsburgh airport is approximately thirty minutes to the Meadowlands and nearby hotels.
