That depends! Leavenworth is about 25 minutes away from our venue. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a shuttle. However, there may be Ubers and Lyfts available depending on the time of day you are coming and going. If you plan to stay in Leavenworth, we recommend researching ride-options ahead of time or planning a designated driver. If that works for you, then Leavenworth offers many lovely hotels. If you are worried about arranging a ride, then it will likely make more sense to stay at the venue or find a vacation rental in Plain, WA.
Probably, but at this point, all of the private rooms at the Lodge are reserved. If you already spoke to Claire and Alec about staying in Ponderosa Cabin (aka "the party cabin"), then they have you on their list. Please text them to confirm if you have any questions. While the private rooms are full, there may be space available in shared bunk rooms in some of the cabins. Reach out to your other friends and family who have rented cabins, or Claire and Alec, to find out if any beds are available.
Short answer: Formal or Cocktail Attire Long answer: We hope all of our guests will dress to the nines! The vibe is magical garden party. Do with that what you will. The wedding party and our families will be dressed formally. However, we want our guests to be comfortable, so cocktail attire is perfectly fine. It is likely to be sunny and warm in the day and cool at night, so we recommend jackets and shawls (and fun hats, if you'd like). Shade, seating, and other comfort aids will be provided for guests.
Your invitation will indicate whether you can bring a plus one. It is our intent that everyone with a romantic partner and all single guests traveling from out of town can bring a date.
Yes! With that said, if you prefer to attend without them, that's great too! We just ask that parents be mindful to remove any disruptive or misbehaving children from the party. If your children are adults who do not live at home, they will receive their own invitations if they are invited.
