Ashokan Rail Trail

One of the best hiking destinations in New York State! The ART can be accessed from three public trailheads: Woodstock Dike Trailhead is located at 1285 NY-28 in West Hurley, Ashokan Station Trailhead is located at 3045 NY-28 in Shokan, Boiceville Bridge Trailhead is located at 5080 Route 28A in Boiceville.

Overlook Mountain Trail

Overlook Mountain is a trail mostly along an old gravel road. It is a steady incline to the summit with views worth the trek. 4.60 mile, out and back trail near Woodstock, New York. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 48 min to complete.
