Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4pm, so please arrive with plenty of time to park and find your seats.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are only 40 parking spaces at our venue, so if you will not be using our provided shuttles please consider carpooling!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttles provided both to and from Onteora Mountain House for guests staying at The Hotel Dylan and Residence Inn - Kingston. There will also be an additional shuttle following our After Party (at The Hotel Dylan's restaurant & bar, The Santa Fe - Woodstock) to take any guests back to Residence Inn - Kingston. *SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Located in Travel + Loding tab and the Schedule tab!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal works for us, and don't forget your dancing shoes! NOTE: Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Upon submitting your RSVP, please let us know of any dietary restrictions so we can address them with our caterer/venue beforehand.

Will there be an After Party?

Answer

Yes! It will take place on-site at The Hotel Dylan's restaurant and bar Santa Fe Woodstock. Our reception ends at 10pm, and It is about a 15 min. drive from the venue. Shuttle will be provided. And tacos!

Question

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! In addition, the staff at our venue can use golf carts to transport guests from the parking lots to the ceremony and reception space if necessary.
