Chattanooga airport will be your closest option. But if you need more options we recommend looking into Nashville, Knoxville, or Atlanta. It would be a little bit of a drive from either city to Chattanooga. Nashville to Chattanooga is around 2 hours, Knoxville to Chattanooga is 1 hour and 45 minutes, and Atlanta to Chattanooga is 2 hours away. But if you need more options for plane tickets this is where we suggest looking.

Flight

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport

The Chattanooga airport services most major airlines. This is a smaller airport though, so the tickets can be a little more expensive and your options for flights will be slimmer than flying into Nashville. But they can still have good deals too! If you scroll down the main website for the airport they also provide helpful links on where to stay, where to eat, and other things to do as well.

Flight

Nashville International Airport

Nashville International Airport will be your best bet for finding the most flight options at better prices. Even if you want to stay in Chattanooga, it would be worth looking at both airports to see your options. You can always fly into Nashville and travel to Chattanooga if you're wanting to visit this city. It's around 2 hours to drive from Nashville to Chattanooga.

Rental Car

Both airports offer rental car options

We highly recommend renting a car for your visit. Not only will it be the best way to get to the wedding venue, but also a huge convenience for exploring everything the beautiful state of Tennessee has to offer. But since our new venue will be located near a major city, the options for public transportation will be a lot greater. You can take Uber and Lyft if you prefer, especially if you stay nearby in the Spring Hill suites.

The Dwell Hotel

This historic hotel boasts a swanky take on mid-century modern, where luxury meets retro, and high class meets high comfort. During the Civil War this corner of East 10th Street was home not to a hotel, but to Fort James, a large stone fort that protected Chattanoogans in those years of strife. Decades later, during the city’s Dynamo of Dixie boom, German immigrant L.A. Hirtzfield was commissioned to design a 16-bed hotel. The Colonial Hotel opened in 1909, and later became the Stone Fort Inn, harkening back to its historical past.
