FAQs

Question

Will it be raining?

Answer

We typically do not get rain from July - September, but it’s always a good idea to bring a raincoat just in case. Our summers are usually in the 80s during the day and the 60s at night.

The ceremony and reception will both be at The Manor House at Pleasant Beach Village on Bainbridge Island. Address: 4611 NE, Woodson Ln NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 Phone: (206) 855-6916 Website: https://www.manorhouseatpleasantbeach.com/

Question

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 31st 2020.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.

Question

How do I get to Bainbridge Island?

Answer

Simply walk, or drive onto the ferry (https://www.wsdot.com/ferries/schedule/scheduledetailbyroute.aspx?schedrouteid=1781&route=sea-bi) at the Seattle waterfront, and enjoy the view! Your short ride (only 35 minutes) will offer some of the most spectacular vistas in the Puget Sound Area. Bainbridge is an island, but there is a bridge to the Kitsap Peninsula at the north end. Visitors can drive from Tacoma over the Narrows Bridge on Highway 16 and follow Highway 3 at Bremerton to Poulsbo, where Highway 305 leads to Bainbridge Island. Or, if you’re driving the Olympic Peninsula loop clockwise, continue south-east on Highway 104, cross the Hood Canal Bridge and take Highway 3 to Poulsbo, and Highway 305 to Bainbridge. Pleasant Beach Village is about a 10 minute drive from the Bainbridge Island a Ferry Terminal. If you are walking into the ferry you can catch a cab or Biride bus to Pleasant Beach Village. Please note Uber and Lyft are limited on Bainbridge.

Question

COVID-19 regulations

Answer

Greetings family and friends! We are excited and full of gratitude to be able to hold a reception this August and celebrate in person.  As the regulations for such festivities are in a state of flux, we kindly request your patience and flexibility. We are hopeful that August will yield less regulations, but creative spacing and masks may still be in order.  While our goal has always been to celebrate, our priority is to ensure the safety of our loved ones. Please continue to check the site for updates.   We look forward to celebrating with you Saturday, August 14, 2021!

For all the days along the way
