What is the venue?
Answer
Our venue is called LaLa Park, located in San Marcos, TX, just outside of Austin. The wedding will be held outdoors. The venue has lots of art, murals, large heritage oak trees, and even a bee apiary onsite. We can't wait to celebrate in such a beautiful place with you! Where do I park at the venue?
Answer
Please note that parking at the venue is limited and we encourage carpooling as much as possible. Ride share services such as Lyft or Uber are also available in the area. When you arrive, please park either in the parking lot, along the road in front of the property along the fence line (without blocking traffic), or at the top of the property inside the fence line. Please DO NOT park on the lawn area.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal or festive. The wedding will be held outdoors, so wear stilettos at your own risk! A block heel, ankle boot, or flats may be a better option for walking on the grass. Please be prepared for some uneven grass onsite and bring a jacket for a potentially chilly evening. Texas weather can be unpredictable so keep an eye on the forecast beforehand. Bridesmaids will be wearing a rust-brown color.

What food options will there be?
Answer
We will be having a local taco truck, TacoMan512, cater our wedding! You will have the choice of either al pastor (pork) tacos or veggie (sliced cactus and black beans) tacos. TacoMan512 offers unlimited servings, and you'll want to get at least 3-4 of these street-style tacos to fill up! And of course, don't forget to load your tacos with your choice of toppings including cilantro, onions, lime, and red and green salsa! Toppings will be available in a cart next to the truck for you to personalize your tacos.

Will there be other wedding events?
Answer
Yes! We will be hosting a come and go welcome reception Friday evening (Dec. 1) and would love to have you stop by (6:30-9:00 pm). We'd also love to say our goodbyes as you check out and head home on Sunday (Dec. 3) in the morning (9:30 am-noon). The location for both events will be the same as our wedding venue, LaLa Park.
