We're getting Married!

We met in 2019 while taking college field biology classes at Itasca State Park! We got to know each other while dressed in mosquito nets, drenched from rainstorms, and covered in mud. We decided to keep in touch and started dating later that summer. We graduated from undergrad, and Sam proposed in July of 2021. Just a couple months later, Christina moved to the North Shore for a year for work, with Sam visiting regularly. In Fall of 2022, we moved to Oregon for Christina to pursue her Masters. We loved exploring the local nature, and we were lucky enough to visit several national parks on our many cross-country road trips. Our most recent move took us to Connecticut, after Christina finished her Masters. Sam is now pursuing his PhD, and Christina is working at a nature center. We're ready to tie the knot in June 2025!
