** Please note these are the departure times of the buses and to arrive earlier. Also if arriving the day of, please keep in mind Labor Day weekend traffic which can be heavy in the lakes region! Being public transportation, the bus requires mask while onboard. Weather permitting we will have the windows open and the buses are expected to run at about half capacity. ** SHUTTLES TO THE WEDDING: Lake Opechee Inn - Shuttle DEPARTS at 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM Best Western - Shuttle DEPARTS at 3:00 PM Gilford Town Hall - Shuttle DEPARTS at 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM SHUTTLES FROM THE WEDDING: Shuttles will be leaving at 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:15 PM. Each shuttle will be dropping off at Gilford Town Hall, Best Western, and Lake Opechee Inn.

Lake Opechee Inn and Spa

This is the inn we will be staying at and hope you'll join us! The room block has now expired and there are only a few rooms left open at the inn. We will be offering shuttle service from and to Lake Opechee Inn and Spa. A continental breakfast is included with your stay. Please check out their website for information on the room types.

Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

We will be offering shuttle service from and to the Best Western Plus Landmark Inn in Laconia, NH. We have a one night minimum wedding block at this hotel (**please note outside of our room block, it is now a two night minimum**) and have 20 rooms blocked off for our wedding guests. The room block expires 8/1/2021. You can request early check-in at the hotel during booking, but this is not guaranteed. Checking in luggage at the front desk is an option if rooms are not ready at the time.

Labor Day Weekend

Please note that our wedding will be Labor Day Weekend 2021. Please book far in advance and keep traffic in mind! For any guests arriving on Friday, we are opening our private event space after rehearsal dinner for a cocktail event (please refer to the Schedule page). If looking for dinner on Friday, we also highly recommend making reservations for local restaurants in advance in the lakes region on Labor Day weekend.

There is also a Marriott Towneplace in Gilford, Fireside Inn, the Margate Resort and additional hotels in the area. Although we are not shuttling from these locations, we can pick up guests from the Gilford Town Hall.
