The dress code is black tie optional - because who doesn't love an excuse to be a little fancy? Tuxedos and evening gowns are encouraged, but not required. If you prefer, you can opt for a suit and tie, formal cocktail dress, jumpsuit or pant suit.
The ceremony and the reception are outside, cocktail hour is inside. If it rains we'll be under the tent and if it gets cold we'll have heat lamps, but you may want a warm layer if the forecast calls for a chilly fall night.
Due to venue size, we’re limited in who we can include. Please check your invitation. "Plus ones" are part of our guest list too and they'll be addressed by name. If your invitation says "Family" that means your kids are invited as well. When you go to R.S.V.P, each guest will be listed by name.
Between leaf peeping and ghost tours, this area becomes very busy in October and hotels get pricey and book up fast, we highly recommend booking through our room block at the DoubleTree. More information can be found in the travel section of our site. Those rooms must be booked before Sep. 4, 2025 and we've only reserved a set number of rooms, so please book far in advanced if you're traveling from out of town. You won’t be charged for your room until you check out.
There is parking on site, but we recommend taking our shuttle from the hotel.
Yes! Please tell us about any food allergies when you fill out your RSVP.
