Things To Do

We're so excited to share some of our favorite places in Oswego with you!
Fort Ontario State Historic Site

Fort Ontario State Historic Site

1 East 4th Street, Oswego, NY 13126

Dating back to the early 1840s, Fort Ontario is the site of three French and Indian War and two War of 1812 battles. From 1944-1946 the fort was home to almost 1000 Jewish refugees during WWII.

Breitbeck Park

Breitbeck Park

91 Lake Street, Oswego, NY 13126

A beautiful park located on Lake Ontario's shoreline. Great for picnics, walking, and taking in the views.

Rudy's Lakeside Drive-In and Bev's Sweet Treats

Rudy's Lakeside Drive-In and Bev's Sweet Treats

78 County Route 89, Oswego, NY 13126

I'm going to group these two together as they are located next to each other on Lake Ontario. Rudy's is an old-fashioned fish joint and an Oswego staple. After a meal, head down to Bev's for the best ice cream in town.

Oswego Lighthouse

Oswego Lighthouse

Oswego, NY 13126

Enjoy the views from any lakeside location or walk the break-wall to get a closer look.
